I needed (OK wanted) to use this great WB skin by APB, but added a few of my own touches to it.

(including porting it to a XP Style)
I have included the shellstyle.dll as seen in the screenshot. Enjoy!

This is a style that was inspired (ported-somewhat) by the WB skin XP Cylinder by APB and with APB's permission (Thanks Ana!!)
